Service maintenance and Repair Restaurant make up air unit

Its a commercial heating project in Woodbury. Replace new metal filters for make up air kitchen unit. Repair pully and replace new BX66 belts.
Turn off the HVAC system to ensure safety
Remove the cover or panel to access the filter
Take out the old filter carefully, noting its size and orientation.
Install the new filter, making sure it fits snugly and is facing the correct direction (if applicable, there might be arrows indicating airflow direction)
Identify the pulley that needs replacement. it's connected to a motor, disconnect power to the motor.
Loosen the set screw or bolt that secures the pulley to the shaft. This might require a wrench or socket set.
Slide off the old pulley from the shaft.
Slide the new pulley onto the shaft, ensuring it's aligned correctly. Tighten the set screw or bolt securely. Reconnect power to the motor. Test the system to ensure the pulley is functioning properly.
Release tension on the old belts. This might involve loosening an adjustment bolt or releasing tension from a tensioner pulley. Slide the old belts off of the pulleys. Install the new belts, ensuring they are routed correctly around the pulleys.
Apply tension to the belts by adjusting the tensioner pulley or other adjustment mechanism.
Check the tension of the belts. They should have some give but should not be too loose or too tight.
Test the system to ensure the belts are running smoothly and not slipping.
If necessary, make further adjustments to the belt tension.
